The Foundation
March 8 - The foundation is staked out
March 9 - There's an excavator parked on the site
March 10 - They're digging! But, I forgot the camera :-(
March 11 - The footer has been poured.
March 12 - They've set up the forms to pour the foundation.
March 16 - The Foundation has been poured
March 18 - It was pretty dark by the time I got there today, so the picture isn't great. These are the trenches for the gas and water lines coming into the house.
March 19 - It was even darker today. The sewer lines are in. I'll have to go back and take a picture of where they tapped into the public sewer line. The hole must be 25 feet deep. It was kind of scary standing in the mud, by myself, next to a hole that deep.
